Shipping

Current FedEx shipping rates apply. T Clewring International Ltd ships from Auckland, New Zealand. Please contact us for specific shipping costs. Customers are also welcome to provide their own FedEx account number for shipping.

Delivery Timeframes

Once we receive your order, we will generate an invoice and send it to you for approval.
If you do not hold an account, payment will need to be made before shipment.

T Clewring will process your order within 2 business days, and delivery can be expected within 5–10 days after shipment.

Delivery times depend on your location. You will be notified once your order has shipped, and a tracking number will be emailed to you along with your invoice.

Please note: We are currently experiencing long customs delays for shipments to the USA.

Payments

Payments too T Clewring are accepted via bank transfer only.
All payments are made in NZD and shipped through FedEx.

Returns Policy

You may return most new T Clewrings™ within 30 days of delivery for a full refund if you have received an incorrect or defective item.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package. In many cases, refunds are processed more quickly.
This timeframe includes:

• 5–10 business days for your return to reach us,
• 3–5 business days for us to process your return once received,
• 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us to arrange your return.

When you make a purchase through the T Clewring website, any information you provide, including your email address, residential details, and telephone number, will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
